JT’s Picks
-Clayton Acetal Teardrop
-usually 0.50mm
-according to JT in 2020, “lately I’ve been using Clayton picks. I have some different sizes, but I usually use the small (Jazz, mandolin) size, and they’re the white ones made of some kind of less brittle material than regular plastic picks. I kinda like the way they sound like fingers instead of a pick on the strings. I’ll use a regular plastic pick if I need it to sound harder and more brittle.”

JT’s Strings
-D’Addario XL 10-46 (EXL110)
-regular uncoated
-JT said he changed the strings on his blue Tele “about twice a week” because he liked the strings to sound snappy
-he changed the other guitars’ strings a little less frequently
